By booking direct, we offer the best rates to you and your party. Why pay Airbnb for a more expensive rate, cleaning fees and a guest service fee when you can book direct and save money!
We have three different rates for stays during the year -
- Low - this is our normal, non school holiday rate.
- Medium - this relates to our school holidays in the cooler seasons - February Half Term, Easter, May & October half terms
- High - this relates to peak school holiday session - Summer, Christmas and New Years.
Things to note
We no longer charge a cleaning fee however we do expect the cottage to be left in good condition (i.e. tidy and without mess and generally as you found it).
We charge a £250 refundable, good housekeeping deposit which will be refunded after your stay, as per our terms and conditions.

Booking Stone Cottage
We take a £100 non refundable deposit that secures your stay and a £250 good housekeeping deposit which will be returned to your account, no later than 1 week after your visit. 30 days before your visit, we will take the balance of the booking. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
